These terms apply to every order you place with Prompt&Pixel and to any free sample creatives we send you. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who we are

Prompt&Pixel is the trading name of Muhammad Sufiyan Tai, a sole proprietor based in Karachi, Pakistan. Contact: tai@promptandpixel.co

What we make

We make AI-generated product images and video ads from the product photos and brief you send us. Packages, prices and delivery times are listed on our pricing page. All prices are in US dollars.

Orders and payment

• After you send a brief, we review it and email you a secure payment link, or a recommendation if you asked for one.
• Work starts once payment clears. The price on your payment link is the price you pay.
• FIRST30: your first order with us gets 30% off, once per client. We apply it on your payment link.
• Monthly plans run month to month. Stop any time before the next month starts and you will not be charged again.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery times on the pricing page are our normal turnaround from the date payment clears. They are estimates, not guarantees; if we are going to be late, we will tell you. Revision rounds are as described in your package.

Your materials

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo, logo, product image and brand asset you send us. You give us permission to use them only to make your work. If you send us something you do not have the rights to, you are responsible for any claim that results.

Who owns the work

• Once your order is paid in full, we transfer to you all rights we hold in the final delivered files, and you may use them for any lawful purpose.
• Your files are made with AI models. Some countries do not grant copyright in material generated by AI, and similar-looking outputs can arise independently, so we cannot promise exclusive rights beyond what we hold.
• We may show delivered work in our portfolio. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we won't.

AI imagery must match your real product

We work to keep your product identical in every image: the same shape, label and colours. But AI images are generated, not photographed. Before you publish any file, check it against the real product. You are responsible for making sure the images you use in listings and ads represent your product accurately and follow the rules of the platform you use them on, such as Amazon, Google Shopping, Meta and TikTok Shop, and the advertising laws where you sell. Where a platform or market requires AI disclosure, we apply it, and we will tell you where yours will need one. If a delivered image misrepresents your product, tell us and we will correct it as part of your revisions.

Free sample creatives

If we send you free creatives, there is no obligation to buy anything. You may use them under these terms, including the section above on checking them against your real product.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver what you ordered, we refund you in full. Once you have accepted the final files, the order is complete. If you are unhappy with a delivery, write to us first. We will put it right within your revisions.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or suspended listings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights the law of your own country gives you. We may update these terms; the version on this page on the day you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
