What do I need to send?
One photo of your product. A phone shot is enough: daylight from a window, a plain wall behind, the label facing the camera. Add your logo, packaging or a moodboard if you have them.
Is this a photo shoot?
No. There is no shoot, no crew and no studio. The images and videos are made with AI from your photo, and a person art-directs and checks every one.
Do I post you the product?
No. Nothing goes in the post: everything is made from the photos you send.
Will it look like my real product?
Every image is checked against your real product: shape, label and colour, letter by letter. Anything that drifts is fixed or made again before you see it, and nothing is final until you approve it.
How long does it take?
We reply to your brief within 24 hours. The Pilot is delivered in 5 days and Launch in 10; Always-On sends a drop every week.
Who owns the images?
You do. Rights transfer on payment, the files ship unbranded (no watermark, no agency mark), and the prompts, seeds and source files transfer with the invoice.
Do I have to say the images are AI?
Where a platform or market requires AI disclosure, we apply it, and we tell you exactly where yours will need one.
What if the Pilot isn’t better than what I have?
