How many new ads does your spend need?
Your best ad is wearing out right now. Move the sliders to see how many fresh ads a month keep it covered, and how much of your budget runs on tired ones until they arrive.
Auto: one live ad per $100 a day, at least 3. Slide it if yours is different.
Set your numbers, then hit calculate
Fresh ads you need every month
An estimate from the numbers you put in, not a promise of results. Tired-ad spend is the share of your daily budget that runs on ads past the lifespan you set, with new ads arriving evenly through the month. Presets: UGC creator: UGC videos typically run $200–300 each; Freelance designer: a typical freelance rate for one static ad; Studio shoot: a $2,000 shoot that gives about 20 usable images. Our prices are on the pricing page.
No magic. Four numbers.
The same sum a media buyer does on a napkin, done for you and drawn out day by day.
Ads live at once
How many ads share your budget on a normal day. More spend usually means more live ads, so the same audience doesn’t see one ad all day.
How long a winner lasts
The days from launch until frequency and cost per result start climbing. Check it in Ads Manager on your last three winners.
Fresh ads you need
Ads live at once × 30 ÷ the days a winner lasts. Three live ads that each last 14 days need about 7 new ones a month.
Spend on tired ads
When new ads arrive slower than old ones tire, part of every day’s budget runs on an ad people have stopped reacting to.

How many ad creatives do I need on Meta?
It depends on two numbers: how many ads you keep live at once, and how long a winning ad lasts before it tires. Fresh ads a month = ads live at once × 30 ÷ the days a winner lasts. Three live ads that each last two weeks need about 7 new ones a month, before you count tests that don't win.
How often should I refresh my ad creatives?
Before they tire, not after. Many brands see a winning ad fade within two to four weeks, and faster at higher spend. Watch frequency and cost per result on each ad; when they climb for a few days in a row, the replacement should already be ready.
What is creative fatigue?
The same people see the same ad too many times, so they stop reacting to it. Clicks fall and costs rise, even though nothing about your product or offer changed. A new image or a new hook usually brings the numbers back.
Do new ads have to be new concepts?
No. Most fresh ads are new versions of a winner: a new scene, a new first frame or a new size, with the same product and the same message. That is also the cheapest way to keep up.
